I have this grandiose plan of opening a restaurant myself. With the flourish that only a "been there, done that" senior could muster, I have assured my juniors not to worry if they dont find a job. ;)

On a serious front, I do want to run this nice Indian restaurant. Italian/Exotic cuisine are also options)... and I love ethiopian food too. One of these days, feller.

lekin dilwalon ke liye jagah hogi.

and this maikhana will serve only authentic indian liquor... (desi stuff)..like tadi (toddy), with different variations of date, coconut, palm etc.etc...there are at least 50 varieties of indian darus. kya bolta hai?

yaar ekdum jhakkas idea diyela hai. bol kab shuru karna hai. dharti pe jannat. (original) country liquor bar - mast naam hoga jagah ka - "country liqour".
